Our community trips service includes the driver and eligible groups are required to register as members at the time of booking. Our minibuses are not available for hire without driver, or for commercial work.
Our mini-buses may only be hired by groups involved in certain activities. These included schools, clubs, voluntary organisations and institutes as well as organisations that work with the elderly, youth and in health. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call us. Membership which is free will be included in your first booking with us once approved.
Our charges are based on both the time and distance our bus will be used and because we are a not for profit operator are in-line with other community minibus operators. Our office will be glad to give a rough guide as to the likely cost but the actual cost which is based on a full cost recovery program will need to be run to generate the definitive quote. A day out in a minibus will cost less than a fleet of cars and whenever possible we use volunteer drivers. You should also consider the social advantage travelling as a group has to offer.
